OneAIWorld Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: May 28, 2025
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of OneAIWorld's platform, products, and services ("Services") provided by OneAIWorld ("OneAIWorld," "we," "us," or "our"). The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that the Services are used safely, lawfully, and in respect of intellectual property rights. By accessing or using OneAIWorld's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Services. This Policy is a part of OneAIWorld's broader Terms of Use and Code of Conduct. Any use of the Services indicates acceptance of all applicable terms and policies.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy, the following definitions apply:
- Services -- The OneAIWorld online platform, website, applications, APIs, generative artificial intelligence tools (for text, image, or other content generation), community forums, and all related services provided by OneAIWorld.
- User Content -- Any content that you or other users create, input, submit, upload, transmit, or share on or through the Services, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, posts, comments, and prompts, as well as any output generated by the Services in response to your prompts or requests ("AI-Generated Content"). User Content includes AI-Generated Content to the extent you choose to use or share it.
- OneAIWorld Content -- All content made available by OneAIWorld through the Services (excluding User Content), including but not limited to software, algorithms, models, code, text, images, and information provided by OneAIWorld or its licensors.
- Third-Party Models -- Any third-party generative AI models or services integrated into or accessed via the Services (for example, models provided by partners or licensors of OneAIWorld). These may include large language models (LLMs), image generation models, or other AI systems provided by external organizations under license to OneAIWorld.
- Applicable Law -- All applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and rules (including without limitation those concerning data privacy, intellectual property, and the dissemination of content).
The definitions above apply both to their singular and plural forms. Other terms not defined here shall have the meanings given to them in OneAIWorld's Terms of Use.
Acceptable Use Requirements
You agree to use OneAIWorld's Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Policy and Applicable Law. You are responsible for all use of the Services through your account and for your User Content. You must not misuse the Services or help anyone else do so. OneAIWorld is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment, and you agree to adhere to the following rules and restrictions when using the Services set forth more fully below.
Prohibited Conduct
You shall not and shall not facilitate or encourage any third party to use the Services in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise prohibited. The following is a non-exhaustive list of prohibited activities and content ("Prohibited Conduct"):
- Illegal Activities: You may not use the Services to violate any law or regulation, nor to further or promote any illegal activity. This includes (but is not limited to) using the Services to commit fraud, engage in criminal conduct, buy or sell illegal goods or services, launder money, or engage in any activity that would give rise to civil or criminal liability for you or OneAIWorld. Any content that is itself illegal (such as child sexual abuse material, obscenity, or content that incites violence or unlawful acts) is strictly prohibited.
- Harmful or Offensive Content: You must not generate, post, or share content through the Services that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, discriminatory, hateful, or violent, or that encourages or glorifies violence, self-harm, or the harm of any person or group. Harassment, bullying, and hate speech (including content that attacks or demeans a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics) are strictly forbidden. You also may not use the Services to sexualize minors, promote pedophilia, or engage in any sexually explicit conduct that is unlawful or exploitative.
- Obscene or Pornographic Material: The Services may not be used to create or disseminate obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit material (particularly any content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or extreme pornography). Content that a reasonable person would consider highly offensive or inappropriate in a public, professional setting is not allowed.
- Violence and Terrorism: You may not use the Services to promote or facilitate violence, terrorist activities, or organized crime. Content that depicts graphic violence, torture, or gore in a manner that is gratuitous or intended to harass or shock is prohibited. Likewise, you may not use the Services to advocate for the intimidation or coercion of individuals or groups, or to promote terrorist propaganda.
- Misleading or Deceptive Activities: You must not use the Services to mislead or deceive others. This includes generating or sharing misinformation or disinformation with the intent to defraud, deceive, or cause harm. You may not impersonate any person or organization or falsely state or misrepresent yourself (including by producing "deepfake" content or otherwise fabricating identities or content to mislead). If you use generative AI outputs, you may not represent the output as factual when it is not, nor claim it was written by a human if it was AI-generated, in any context where such disclosure is legally required or ethically appropriate. Content intended to manipulate opinions or obscure the truth (such as fake news, propaganda, or fraudulent reviews/comments) is prohibited.
- Personal Data and Privacy Violations: You must not use the Services to improperly collect, generate, store, or disclose personal data about any individual in violation of privacy rights or data protection laws. Doxxing (posting someone's personal or identifying information without consent) and harassment or invasion of privacy through the Services are forbidden. Do not attempt to use the generative AI features to produce others' sensitive personal information, such as financial information, medical records, account passwords, government-issued identification numbers, or any other personal data that should not be publicly disclosed. You are also prohibited from using the Services to create facial recognition systems, surveillance tools, or any technology that infringes upon an individual's privacy or biometric information without proper authority.
- Malicious Use and Software Abuse: You may not use the Services to create or transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other malicious code. Do not use the generative AI features to develop code aimed at launching cyber-attacks, hacking, password cracking, phishing, or any other illicit activities. You are strictly forbidden from engaging in any activities that compromise the security of the Services or other users, such as attempting to bypass security measures, probing or testing the vulnerability of our networks, or attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data (whether OneAIWorld's systems or those of other users). Any form of hacking, data breach, or introduction of harmful scripts into the Services is prohibited.
- Circumvention and Reverse Engineering: You must not attempt to circumvent or disable any technical safeguards, content filters, rate limits, or security measures implemented in the Services. This includes attempting to evade content moderation filters in the generative AI (for example, by using coded language or tricks to generate disallowed content) or trying to access features or data that you have not been expressly permitted to access. Additionally, you are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of the Services, including any AI models provided by OneAIWorld or its partners, except to the extent that such activity is expressly allowed by law notwithstanding this limitation (in which case you must first notify us of your intended engagement in such activities).
- Automated Access and "Scraping": You may not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, script, or other automated means to access, query, extract data or content from, or otherwise interact with the Services without our prior written permission. This prohibition includes automated means to mass-download content, scrape user posts or AI outputs, or bypass any robot exclusion headers. Systematic data harvesting or collection of information from the platform, whether for training other models, building databases, or any other use, is not allowed unless explicitly authorized by OneAIWorld. (Legitimate public search engine indexing of publicly available portions of our Services in accordance with our robots.txt file is an exception, provided it is done in good faith and not for the purpose of competing with or harming the Services.)
- Spam, Fraud, and Commercial Misuse: You must not use the Services to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages. Creating accounts or content designed to manipulate or game the platform (such as fake profiles, bots to boost visibility, or any fraudulent scheme) is prohibited. You also may not use the Services for fraudulent or deceptive commercial purposes, such as attempting to solicit money under false pretenses, impersonating OneAIWorld or an affiliate for financial gain, or any activity that would amount to a scam or false advertising.
- Prohibited Commercial Use of Outputs: Unless expressly authorized by OneAIWorld or by the specific licensing terms of a given feature, you may not use content or outputs generated by the Services for commercial purposes outside of the OneAIWorld platform. Some Third-Party Models integrated into our Services may have specific restrictions on commercial use of their outputs or require a separate license for commercial exploitation. It is your responsibility to comply with any such restrictions. OneAIWorld will inform you if certain generative content is restricted to non-commercial use or if attribution is required; by using those features, you agree to abide by the stated requirements (for example, certain AI-generated images or text may be for personal or educational use only and cannot be sold or may require crediting the model or source).
- Attribution and Model Usage Requirements: In connection with the above, if any content generated by the Services or any portion of the Services itself is accompanied by attribution requirements (such as a requirement to credit the source, model, or author) or other usage guidelines, you agree to adhere to those requirements when you use or share that content. Do not remove, obscure, or alter any disclaimers, watermarks, or attribution notices that may be embedded in AI-generated content provided through the Services.
- Content Moderation and Safeguards: You must not interfere with or circumvent our content moderation tools or policies. OneAIWorld and its partners may implement filters, classifiers, or other automated systems to prevent the generation or sharing of prohibited content. You are prohibited from attempting to disable, tamper with, or work around these protective measures. If a prompt or content is refused or filtered by the system, you must not persist in attempting to obtain a prohibited result by altering phrasing or using tricks to evade the filter. Additionally, do not encourage others to violate this Policy or moderation rules.
The above list of Prohibited Conduct is intended to provide examples and is not exhaustive. Any use of the Services that OneAIWorld deems, in its sole discretion, to be abusive, unethical, exploitative of the Services, or contrary to the intent of this Policy or the integrity of the platform, may result in enforcement action as described below.
AI-Generated Content and Third-Party Licenses
AI-Generated Content (Outputs):
Content generated by OneAIWorld's AI models in response to your inputs is considered a form of User Content that you have directed to be created. Subject to this Policy and any usage terms presented for specific tools, you may use, modify, and share AI-Generated Content at your own risk. OneAIWorld does not guarantee that any AI-Generated Content will be unique or free of third-party claims. The generative AI processes may produce content that is similar to existing works or that includes factual, creative, or stylistic elements from the vast dataset on which the AI models were trained. You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-Generated Content and ensuring that your use of it does not violate any copyright, privacy, or other rights, and that it is appropriate and lawful for your purposes. For example, if the AI generates text that happens to quote song lyrics or a famous author's writings, or an image that resembles a copyrighted artwork or a real person's likeness, you are responsible for determining whether you need permission to use such output. OneAIWorld disclaims any liability for how you choose to use or disseminate AI-Generated Content.
Third-Party Model License Terms:
When using the generative AI features of the Services, you are also agreeing to comply with any applicable license terms or acceptable use policies of the Third-Party Models that power those features. These third-party license terms may include additional restrictions or obligations beyond those listed in this Policy. For example:
- Some third-party AI models may be released under licenses that allow only non-commercial use or that require end-users to follow specific ethical use guidelines. If OneAIWorld notifies you (via the user interface, documentation, or other notice) that certain content or features are subject to non-commercial use restrictions, you agree not to use those particular outputs or features for any commercial or revenue-generating purposes.
- Certain models (especially open-source models for image or text generation) may include a requirement that you give attribution when sharing their output, or that you do not remove embedded watermarks or identifying metadata from generated content. You agree to comply with any such requirements. If, for instance, a model's license requires that you credit the model or source when publishing the generated content, you must provide such credit in a clear manner as directed.
- Third-party providers may prohibit specific types of content or uses as part of their terms (such as using their model to spread misinformation, to create hateful content, or to attempt to extract the model's underlying data). These prohibitions are incorporated into this Policy by reference. Even if not explicitly detailed in the list of Prohibited Conduct above, any use of the Services that would violate the acceptable use policy of our third-party model providers is also a violation of this Policy. For example, if a provider forbids using an AI model to identify real individuals from generated images or to generate certain sensitive information, you must abide by those same restrictions when using that model via our Services.
OneAIWorld will, to the extent reasonably possible, inform users of any special terms or restrictions associated with third-party AI features on our platform. However, it remains your responsibility to use the generative AI tools in compliance with this Policy and any third-party requirements that are applicable. If you have questions about whether a particular use of an AI-generated output is permitted, you should review the relevant third-party model's license (if available) or refrain from that use. OneAIWorld reserves the right to limit or disable certain features for users who do not comply with the additional terms of our model providers.
Monitoring, Enforcement, and Consequences
Monitoring and Moderation
No Expectation of Privacy in Content:
While OneAIWorld is committed to user privacy as described in our Privacy Policy, you understand that any content you generate, submit, or share via the Services may be subject to monitoring and review by OneAIWorld, especially for purposes of preventing abuse and enforcing the Policy. For example, prompts submitted to our generative AI and the corresponding outputs may be analyzed by automated systems (and in some cases by authorized personnel) to detect Prohibited Conduct or content. By using the Services, you consent to such monitoring and moderation. OneAIWorld reserves the right (but does not assume the obligation) to monitor any and all use of the Services and to access, review, screen, delete, or disable any User Content at our discretion. We may do this to maintain the integrity of the platform, to comply with legal obligations or requests, to enforce this Policy, or for safety and security purposes. However, OneAIWorld does not guarantee that all inappropriate behavior or content will be caught or removed. Users remain responsible for their own actions and content.
Our Enforcement Rights
If OneAIWorld (in its sole judgment) believes that you have violated this Policy or any applicable law, or that your conduct is otherwise inappropriate or may create liability for OneAIWorld, our users, or third parties, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following enforcement actions, with or without prior notice to you:
- Content Removal or Modification: We may remove, restrict access to, or modify any User Content that violates this Policy or that we find objectionable for any reason. This includes posts on forums, images, AI-generated outputs you have shared, or any other material. We are not obligated to return removed content to you.
- Account Suspension or Termination: We may temporarily suspend your access to the Services or permanently deactivate/terminate your user account. Suspension or termination may include banning your account, login credentials, or even blocking your device or IP address from accessing the Services. OneAIWorld may take such action immediately and at its sole discretion. You acknowledge that OneAIWorld is not required to provide advance notice or any warning before suspension or termination, and we may choose not to disclose details of our investigation or decision.
- Service Use Restrictions: We may impose additional restrictions on your use of certain features. For example, we might limit the number of requests you can make to the generative AI, require pre-approval for posting in forums, or otherwise condition your continued use of the Services on certain assurances or steps to prevent further violations.
- Reporting to Authorities: If your conduct involves suspected criminal activity, endangers others, or involves content such as child exploitation material, OneAIWorld may report you and any relevant information to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities. We will cooperate with authorities as legally required and may share certain information to aid in an investigation (consistent with our Privacy Policy and Applicable Law).
- Legal Action: OneAIWorld reserves the right to pursue any legal remedies available for violations of this Policy. This can include initiating civil litigation to enjoin prohibited behavior or to seek damages, especially if your misuse of the Services has caused harm or loss to OneAIWorld or others. We may also seek court orders as necessary to enforce our rights under this Policy.
No Liability for Enforcement
OneAIWorld shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences to you or any third party arising from our exercise of the rights described in this Policy, including any removal of content, suspension or termination of accounts, or disclosure of information. You agree that OneAIWorld is not responsible for, and will not be held liable for, the loss of your data or content as a result of enforcement actions. OneAIWorld also has no obligation to monitor or enforce this Policy against any particular user. The failure of OneAIWorld to enforce any part of this Policy in some instances does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in other instances.
User Responsibility and Indemnification
By using the Services, you assume full responsibility for your use and your User Content. You agree that if any third party brings a claim or demand against OneAIWorld related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of this Policy (or any other part of the Terms of Use), you will indemnify and hold OneAIWorld harmless from all liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from such claim. This means you will defend OneAIWorld and cover any costs or damages we incur because of your actions that violate this Policy or harm others. While OneAIWorld may choose to participate in its own defense, you acknowledge that you will remain financially responsible for such claims. This indemnification obligation is in addition to any indemnification provided in the Terms of Use.
General Terms
Changes to This Policy
OneAIWorld may modify or update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, the law, or our operational needs. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy and take other steps as required by law (such as posting a prominent notice on our website or notifying users via email for significant changes). Your continued use of the Services after any modifications to this Policy are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to ensure you understand the rules that apply to your use of the Services. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the Services.
Severability
If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of this Policy will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Policy will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Relationship to Other Agreements
This Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Use or other agreements with OneAIWorld, the terms providing greater protection to OneAIWorld's interests or imposing stricter obligations on the user will prevail (unless otherwise specified by OneAIWorld). All other provisions in the Terms of Use (such as governing law and dispute resolution) apply equally to this Policy.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OneAIWorld's Services, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Acceptable Use Policy in its entirety. If you violate this Policy or any other applicable terms, you understand that OneAIWorld may act against you as described above, including terminating your access to the Services. If you do not agree to this Policy, you are not authorized to use the Services.
Thank you for helping to keep the OneAIWorld community safe, respectful, and compliant with the law. If you have any questions about this Policy or whether something might violate the Policy, please contact OneAIWorld support for clarification before proceeding.
