OneAIWorld Copyright and DMCA Policy

Last Updated: May 28, 2025

This Copyright and DMCA Policy ("Policy") governs intellectual property rights and copyright compliance for OneAIWorld's platform, products, and services ("Services") provided by OneAIWorld ("OneAIWorld," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy is part of OneAIWorld's broader Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. By accessing or using OneAIWorld's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy, the following definitions apply:

  • Services -- The OneAIWorld online platform, website, applications, APIs, generative artificial intelligence tools (for text, image, or other content generation), community forums, and all related services provided by OneAIWorld.
  • User Content -- Any content that you or other users create, input, submit, upload, transmit, or share on or through the Services, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, posts, comments, and prompts, as well as any output generated by the Services in response to your prompts or requests ("AI-Generated Content"). User Content includes AI-Generated Content to the extent you choose to use or share it.
  • OneAIWorld Content -- All content made available by OneAIWorld through the Services (excluding User Content), including but not limited to software, algorithms, models, code, text, images, and information provided by OneAIWorld or its licensors.
  • Third-Party Models -- Any third-party generative AI models or services integrated into or accessed via the Services (for example, models provided by partners or licensors of OneAIWorld). These may include large language models (LLMs), image generation models, or other AI systems provided by external organizations under license to OneAIWorld.
  • Applicable Law -- All applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and rules (including without limitation those concerning data privacy, intellectual property, and the dissemination of content).

The definitions above apply both to their singular and plural forms. Other terms not defined here shall have the meanings given to them in OneAIWorld's Terms of Use.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

OneAIWorld Content and Platform IP

All rights, title, and interest in the Services and OneAIWorld Content (including but not limited to the software, algorithms, models, design, and collective content made available by OneAIWorld) are owned by OneAIWorld or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services and OneAIWorld Content for their intended purpose, subject to this Policy and the Terms of Use. Except as expressly permitted by OneAIWorld, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from the Services or any OneAIWorld Content. You may not remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Services. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Services are the property of OneAIWorld or third parties; you are not granted any right or license to use them. Any unauthorized use of OneAIWorld's intellectual property or that of third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account and legal action.

User Content Ownership and License

OneAIWorld does not claim ownership of your User Content. You retain any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you create or upload to the Services. However, by using the Services to generate or share content, you hereby grant OneAIWorld a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, and non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes, e.g. resizing an image or processing a file for compatibility), distribute, and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to provide the Services and enforce this Policy. This license allows us, for example, to display your posts in our community forum, to use your prompts to generate AI outputs at your request, or to distribute your content to other users where you have shared it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the User Content you submit or generate (including consent from any identifiable individuals, if required), and that our use of such User Content in providing the Services will not infringe or violate any third-party rights or any laws. If you do not have the right to share certain content or if it is subject to others' rights, you must not upload or generate it via our Services.

Intellectual Property Infringement

You must respect the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property ("IP") and proprietary rights of others. Do not upload, post, submit, or generate any content that infringes or misappropriates the IP rights of any third party. This means, for example, you may not post someone else's copyrighted text, images, music, or other content on our forums without permission, and you should not use the AI generation tools to produce content that is a near duplicate of copyrighted material (such as full excerpts from books, song lyrics, or recognizable artwork) unless you have the legal right to do so. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you create or provide does not violate another's rights. OneAIWorld will respond to bona fide notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement and may remove or disable content claimed to be infringing. Repeat infringers or users who regularly violate others' IP rights are subject to account termination.

AI-Generated Content and Third-Party Licenses

AI-Generated Content (Outputs):

Content generated by OneAIWorld's AI models in response to your inputs is considered a form of User Content that you have directed to be created. Subject to this Policy and any usage terms presented for specific tools, you may use, modify, and share AI-Generated Content at your own risk. OneAIWorld does not guarantee that any AI-Generated Content will be unique or free of third-party claims. The generative AI processes may produce content that is similar to existing works or that includes factual, creative, or stylistic elements from the vast dataset on which the AI models were trained. You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-Generated Content and ensuring that your use of it does not violate any copyright, privacy, or other rights, and that it is appropriate and lawful for your purposes. For example, if the AI generates text that happens to quote song lyrics or a famous author's writings, or an image that resembles a copyrighted artwork or a real person's likeness, you are responsible for determining whether you need permission to use such output. OneAIWorld disclaims any liability for how you choose to use or disseminate AI-Generated Content.

Third-Party Model License Terms:

When using the generative AI features of the Services, you are also agreeing to comply with any applicable license terms or acceptable use policies of the Third-Party Models that power those features. These third-party license terms may include additional restrictions or obligations beyond those listed in this Policy. For example:

  • Some third-party AI models may be released under licenses that allow only non-commercial use or that require end-users to follow specific ethical use guidelines. If OneAIWorld notifies you (via the user interface, documentation, or other notice) that certain content or features are subject to non-commercial use restrictions, you agree not to use those particular outputs or features for any commercial or revenue-generating purposes.
  • Certain models (especially open-source models for image or text generation) may include a requirement that you give attribution when sharing their output, or that you do not remove embedded watermarks or identifying metadata from generated content. You agree to comply with any such requirements. If, for instance, a model's license requires that you credit the model or source when publishing the generated content, you must provide such credit in a clear manner as directed.
  • Third-party providers may prohibit specific types of content or uses as part of their terms (such as using their model to spread misinformation, to create hateful content, or to attempt to extract the model's underlying data). These prohibitions are incorporated into this Policy by reference. Even if not explicitly detailed in our Acceptable Use Policy, any use of the Services that would violate the acceptable use policy of our third-party model providers is also a violation of this Policy. For example, if a provider forbids using an AI model to identify real individuals from generated images or to generate certain sensitive information, you must abide by those same restrictions when using that model via our Services.

OneAIWorld will, to the extent reasonably possible, inform users of any special terms or restrictions associated with third-party AI features on our platform. However, it remains your responsibility to use the generative AI tools in compliance with this Policy and any third-party requirements that are applicable. If you have questions about whether a particular use of an AI-generated output is permitted, you should review the relevant third-party model's license (if available) or refrain from that use. OneAIWorld reserves the right to limit or disable certain features for users who do not comply with the additional terms of our model providers.

Copyright Infringement and DMCA Compliance

OneAIWorld respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. It is our policy to respond expeditiously to valid notifications of claimed copyright infringement in accordance with applicable laws (for example, by removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material on the Services). It is also our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who are found to routinely violate others' intellectual property rights.

If you believe that any content on the Services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a notice to OneAIWorld's designated agent with the following information:

Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices or who are found to routinely violate others' intellectual property rights may have their accounts terminated. OneAIWorld reserves the right to terminate accounts for repeat infringement at our sole discretion.

User Responsibility

Users who receive a request or notice from OneAIWorld regarding potential infringement must respond promptly and remove or disable the offending content. Failure to do so can result in account suspension or termination. Remember: you are responsible for the content you generate or share. OneAIWorld will not assume liability for user-uploaded or AI-generated content that you create; the consequences of infringing activity will fall on the user responsible.

Safe Harbor Provisions

OneAIWorld qualifies for and relies upon the safe harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws in other jurisdictions. We act as a service provider hosting user-generated content and do not have actual knowledge of specific infringing material until notified. Upon receiving proper notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material.

Trademark Infringement

OneAIWorld also responds to notices of alleged trademark infringement. If you believe that content on our Services infringes your trademark rights, please contact us with:

  • Identification of the trademark(s) claimed to be infringed;
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material;
  • Your contact information;
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the trademark owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

International Copyright Laws

OneAIWorld operates globally and respects copyright laws in multiple jurisdictions. While we primarily follow U.S. copyright law (including the DMCA), we also consider valid takedown requests under other applicable copyright frameworks, such as:

  • European Union Copyright Directive
  • Canadian Copyright Act
  • UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act
  • Other national copyright laws where applicable

Fair Use and Educational Content

OneAIWorld recognizes that some uses of copyrighted material may be protected under fair use, fair dealing, or similar doctrines. However, fair use determinations are complex and fact-specific. We encourage users to:

  • Use only small portions of copyrighted works when necessary
  • Transform or comment upon the original work
  • Consider the market impact of their use
  • Provide proper attribution when possible
  • Seek permission when in doubt

If you believe your content was wrongly removed despite being protected by fair use or similar doctrines, you may file a counter-notice as described above.

Enforcement and Legal Action

OneAIWorld reserves the right to:

  • Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content
  • Terminate accounts of repeat infringers
  • Preserve evidence for potential legal proceedings
  • Cooperate with rights holders in enforcing their intellectual property rights
  • Take legal action against users who submit false or bad faith takedown notices

Updates and Changes

OneAIWorld may modify this Copyright and DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, our Services, or our procedures. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

No Legal Advice

This Policy is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Copyright and intellectual property law is complex and varies by jurisdiction. If you have questions about your rights or obligations under copyright law, please consult with a qualified attorney.
